Fused Glass for Beginners – Pauline Weinert

Level: Beginner

In this class, students will learn: the types of glass used in fusing, the tools, supplies, and machines provided in the Glass Studio, Glass Scoring, Kiln Firing, and different kiln schedules, Molds and mild release products, Glass thickness and the glass “rules”. Weeks 1 & 2: glass, scrap glass, and free firing. Weeks 3-5: glass and firing fees apply. Supply list online.

5 Mondays, 11/11/24– 12/16/24, 9am-12pm. No class 11/25.
